Curiousity peaked? Well it should be, because Sexy Santa is actually... the seller of 224 Morgan Ave, Haddon Township. Well, technically the seller's husband. That's right... our seller gifted us her charming husband for promoting her home and she loved what we were doing with our crazy video idea. Watch the video here:

The stats below tell you the Reel (Instagram Video) has been shared by 167 people (and that number is still rising). And saved 37 times—yes 37 people saved this video of the Coming Soon listing so they'd remember when it goes live. We expect the number of views to be nearly 30,000 by the time the listing goes live.
So while it may seem like we're just doing silly videos for the sake of it, our greater strategy is to get the home seen by local people. The audience of people who are in the market to purchase a home like this.
