Spring sure is springing in New Jersey, with curb appeal looking glorious and the real estate market hotting up.
Already at the end of Quarter 1, The JFKLiving Team is celebrating a strong start to 2025, with our agents helping 10 homeowners successfully sell their properties and move on to their next chapters—from cozy condos to stunning single-family homes. Here's a little recap of where we've been busy.
By The Numbers
- Average Sale Price: $467,600
- Highest Sale: 🥇 315 Rodney Ct, Princeton ($880,000)
- Lowest Sale: 🥉 805 Woodlawn Ave, National Park ($175,000)
- Price Range: $175,000 to $880,000
- Total Volume Closed: $4,676,500 (not too shabby for Q1!)
Where Were These Homes?
The majority of our listings this quarter were right around The JFKLiving Team HQ: Haddon Township, Haddonfield, Cherry Hill, with some heading out towards Deptford, Turnersville, Eastampton, Medford, and even National Park. But we didn't stop there: Q1 brought two listings from further north of our typical area, and we helped a Princeton homeowner and a Trenton homeowner get bang for their buck when selling.
Fun Trends We Spotted
- The sweet spot this quarter? Homes between $400k–$600k moved really well.
- We had a typical mix of suburban favorites (Cherry Hill, Medford, Haddonfield), as well as some smaller-town charmers outside of our typical realm (National Park, Deptford).
- Several sellers were ready to "right-size"—moving to homes that fit their new lifestyle goals.
